Disaster Relief in Hoa Binh, Vietnam

Hoa Binh, Vietnam is home to over 800,000 people and experiencing its bad flooding during the rainy season. More than 3,000 houses were damaged, 5,000 ha of rice filed were swept away and close to 40 people reported dead or missing this month.
